The issue being currently discussed by the Court of Cagliari concerns the corporate merger between joint airport management companies, which will involve the concentration, in a single entity, of the concessions for the management of Alghero and Olbia airports. The Region argues against the validity of the merger resolution, pushing the Judge to question the model of public-private partnership in the context of airport management.
