Abstract. Corporate events in airport management concessionaires. The private sector led the airport management. The privatization was decided by law but did not occur uniformly, as there are companies fully owned by the private sector and companies owned by the public and private sector where the public sector owns the minority, majority or total part of the shares. The latter are considered government-owned companies and therefore subject to a different regulation. Two recent cases show how the different regulation influences the company’s operations, particularly the transfer of shares takes place in a different way depending on whether the transferor shareholder is a public or private entity.
