The crime of “aviation disaster” presupposes a serious and complex event such as to determine a concrete situation of danger for “Public Safety” in the sense of the recurrence of a judgment of probability relating to the attitude of the fact to damage or endanger a number of unidentifiable persons, even if belonging to specific categories of persons (for example passengers of a commercial aircraft).
