Abstract. Airport groundhandling services in the recent case-law. The paper analyses an important decision issued in 2017 by the Joint Divisions of the Italian Supreme Court, concernig airport groundhandling services. After having identified the general legal framework regulating the groundhandling sector, the note focuses specifically on the airport handlers responsibility, especially with regards to the case decided by the Supreme Court.
