Abstract. The Council of State order No. 7299/2018 concerning the request for a preliminary ruling to the European Court of Justice regarding antitrust sanctions on extra charges web check in. The Council of State, Division VI, with order No. 7299/2018 has requested, pursuant to Article 267 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, a prelimary ruling – in the filed of air transportation – to the Court of Justice of the European Union, regarding “the items about the charges web check-in” and administrative fee “for purchase by credit card, bearing the price of the tickets, as well as those deriving from the application of VAT to the tariffs and optional supplements for domestic flights”.
