Abstract. Towards a new Project of Latin American Aeronautical Code. The Latin American Aeronautical Code Draft is an ALADA´s (Latin American Aeronautical and Space Law Association) important academic issue. The first Draft, finished in 1985, was a significative point of reference for the Latin American countries when they decided to modernize their National Laws. ALADA is engaged in modernizing this Draft since four years ago and perhaps, the new Draft could be approved by its next Assembly, which is supposed to take place next November 2020 in Buenos Aires.
