Abstract. Transport networks between European and national regulations for the realization of sustainable mobility. Infrastructural transport networks represent an important element in achieving the objectives of European economic and social development and in particular those of transport can be considered as coessential for the maintenance of the vital functions of society. In this context the present work aims to analyze the relevant points of the EU policy concerning the development of such infrastructures.
