The recent book by Francesco Gaspari on Territorio, formazioni sociali e tutela dei diritti fondamentaliprovides us with the opportunity to reflect on a wider perspective respect to that related to the urban transport. The author starts with the analysis of the most important relevant issues of urban transport, but also explores the different aspects of the relationship between the Constitutional State and the new fundamental social right to mobility.
